Activities to Enjoy While Visiting Algeria
There are a variety of tourist activities to enjoy on your trip to Algeria. The vast majority of these are offered by hotels and resorts, but for the traveler seeking more adventure, there are numerous exciting tours on offer from trekking in the desert to mountain climbing and hiking.
Other outdoor activities include swimming, tennis and golf, as well as 4x4 trails, horseback riding and riding on camels. Bearing in mind that Algeria is a Muslim country, swimmers will want to ensure that they are modestly attired so as not to cause offence.
Algeria's tourism is still relatively undeveloped, but the rugged beauty of the country and the warmth of its people are attracting increasing numbers of travelers who enjoy exploring off the beaten track.
