3rd Algeria Economic Forum
The third Algeria Economic Forum was held on 20 and 21 January 2008 at the beautiful beachfront Algiers Sheraton Hotel. The forum is organized by the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, under the patronage of President Abdelaziz Bouteflika. The Algeria Economic Forum included the participation of Algerian, Arab and foreign officials along with leading Algerian, Arab and international representatives from the world of business, finance, investment funds and institutions.
Bay of Algiers Seafront Development
The bustling city of Algiers is both the capital and the largest city of Algeria, as well as the second largest city in North Africa. Algiers is situated on the west side of a large bay along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. The ancient city of Tébessa is the capital city of the Algerian province of the same name and is situated about 20 kilometers from the Tunisian border. The city is home to more than 160,000 people and is famous for the manufacture of traditional Algerian carpets. Tébessa has a long and diverse history with many interesting sights for visitors to explore.
