do u know in Islam if somebody kills a person , he/she must pay to the victim's family (an ancient arabic method before Islam)? for a woman it is half than for a man .it means the value for an educated woman ( a lawyer or doctor or teacher ) is half of an uneducated man !!!it is Islam ,for the non muslim it is half of a muslim .it means 1) the non muslims have half value of a muslim , 2) a muslim woman is equal to a non muslim man !in Iran these laws r applicable .it is for that in a car accident when the driver can't control the car he tries to crash women and not men !!!!!!it is Islam .

I am sorry, I am a Sunni Muslim, when I speak I talk of Sunni Islam as derived from The Holy Qur'an, Muhammad(saw), his Khulufat-e-Rashideen(rhm) and the Taqlid of the four Madhahib of Imam Malik, Ahmad, Abu Hanifa and Shafa'aiy(rhm).

I respect Shia's but choose not to follow their Islamic teachings. Iran is a Shia country and goes by laws interpreted by Shia Sheyoukh. As a Sunni I am not bound by Shia law nor by Shia Shayoukh.

I therefore very respectfully choose to bow out of this discussion with you as our viewpoints of Islamic Fiqa stem from different sources. I wont convince you of the Sunni view and you wont convince me of the Shia view so we should say Assalamu Alaikum and not discuss Islamic issues where we know we will differ and make no headway.

    Wassalamu Alaikum my brother.

is this called Ijdihad or jihad

in French it`s called "....UN MAL NECESSAIRE"

You are refering to the "MOUT3A" marriage, or "Entairtaiment marriage" allowed in IRAN but forbidden in Algeria
