    Mounib suffers from the most grave form of Spina bifida and if he does not receive medical attention soon he faces paralysis or even death. His parents do not have the means to secure for him the medical treatment he needs, and it would probably be necessary for him to be taken to France or Canada to receive the best attention. The 'SOS' is an appeal to Algerians - or anyone else - to do whatever they can to help the family as a matter of urgency.
