The 8th edition of the Oran International Fair recorded an intensive presence of French companies who occupied the whole pavilion, exhibiting trade and industry products. This is to demonstrate, according to observers, that the French companies aim at having every chance of sealing partnership conventions with the west region operators and elsewhere in Algeria as well.

French authorities strive through the Oran International Fair to overwhelm the Algerian market in terms of heavy industries, beginning with the west of Algeria. This has been stressed by the exhibited products since the Fair’s opening day characterised by an attractive attendance.

This French trade trend is evidenced by the French ambassador's and consul's visit to the pavilion together with French Chamber of Commerce head being accompanied by local authorities. This enshrines an eventual partnership convention's conclusion at the end of the fair by next Wednesday.

It is worth recalling that the fair’s 8th edition which the new city in Oran is hosting, recorded the participation of 175 local and international companies, and further recorded about 7000 and 8000 visitors daily among whom were industrial companies' managers, investors, importers and company representatives.
