Importing a car to Algeria?

this is my first post in this forum, I have some questions and I hope I find the answers here.

I want to import a car from europe (france, germany) to algeria. but I dont know anything about the importation of cars to algeria. I dont know the laws of the algerian ports. how much TAX do I need to pay? is the TAX based on the value of the car? are there any companies do the importation?

If anyone has any experience in importing cars to algeria, please tell?
