uninstallation !!!!!!!

salam all people..

i wanted to know a matter, if we unistall prog. it's ok till now.
B U T there will remain some files (backup) and others in the prog files, so shall i delete them to get rid of them ????????
and if there is anyway to delete it from the windows file!! cuze i have the prob of msn and i think of taking off all of its contents and roots.
C if u have any realted thoughts share them .
