    Can you please help translate this into a language that I can understand...

    I know it is Arabic, but what software do I need to use be able to read it?

    I must be missing something. I have a long message to read but I don't understand these symbols. Can someone please let me know where I am going wrong? Mnarvi seems to understand them…

    Pandora,
    on IE, u just have to right click on the window where u wanna read your text and go to "coding" then select arabic for windows... Same goes for Firefox, just browse in the menus till u find the coding item. Hope this helps
