BIG computer problem - HELP!

the power went off in my house, and when i turned the pc back on it went to the black page which asks you whether you want to start windows in safe mode etc etc

Ive tried all the options, it shows windows as loading but then it will just restart itself over again, it keeps repeating this over and over again no matter what i do.

Im thinking of taking it to the repair shop, but is there anything else i could do?

Try checking some of these entries, to see if there is an answer that helps You. the 'F8' and Last Known Good Configuration trick might do it.
