salam people,

i believe i mentioned that b4, but im in need of a serious help, of how to lighten up my screen.
i use a laptop Fujitsu-Siemens,

Fn+ F7 = more brightness.
Fn+ F5 = higher volume.


the real prob. is with F7, that i can not figure out f its a mechanical one or smt else.
though i cleaned the keyboard perfectly. All the bottons work, but the F7 & F5.

can i raise up the brightness like the function of F7???


p.s.: i tried the properties, but didnt like the unreal results it change the lightness.

UGH i always have trouble w/ my Fn keys ... go to the laptop's website - they usually have trouble shooting on there

u wouldnt believe!!

i've been yesterday like in a workshop, trying to fix here and there all the keys, but as i told u it didnt work.

rather than visiting tens of websites, they get very near to what i want but not to the spot

you know .... All i need is a software that shows th full keyboard on screen AND the fn botton, thats it.

simply

all buttons work, but f7, so when i press on [fn] + F7 it doesnt light up more!!!

so there is no more brightness

oh so ur Fn works... hmm wallah idk then - i still think you should contact the laptop company and ask them what to do
