    Exclamation How to remove a trojan virus?

    my antivirusprogram says:

    Virus found, IRC/backdoor.flood
    C:\loqk.exe:\m4x[2]

    im really clueless, 2 antivirusprograms cant catch it and spyware doctor can't remove it.

    someone HELP!!

    2 virus and worms now

    C:\ biin.exe
    and
    C:\ biin.exe:\nope.dll

    how to remove??

    Turn off your system restore, do not open MSN, you'll infect everyone.

    Try running your anti-virus programs in safe mode AFTER you've turned off system restore. Also take a look here

    Try Googling the file names you're seeing and check out other forums where people have met and perhaps solved the problem - e.g. here

    Don't try and use MSN until you've fixed things.

    I already tried to google them, like a hundred times, a lot of persons have the same trouble. But no clear solutions

    i tried also antispyware and free AVG because norton could not fix things. useless actions
