    That is interesting, Assya!

Are camels bred solely for meat and milk?
    Or used only for transport?

    That is understandable!

The Algerians must have adopted the best of all these cuisines.

In that case, it should have lots of varieties !

I have read about the medicinal properties of camel's milk, in general.

But I want to know specifically why it is considered so.

What are the special ingredients present in camel's milk,
such as phophorus, sulphur, antibodies, antibiotic elements,
    calcium,magnesium,zinc,potassium,amino acids and so on..

    What is its nutritional value?

    Percentage of protein,lactose,other milk solids...?

Since camel lives in a dry region,it does not have much water to drink.
So the milk should be thicker than cows !

How does the camel meat taste?

Should be as tough as leather, looking at the animal.

Assya, do the Jews eat camel meat?

    Have you eaten ?

Is the influence only on the cuisine or on all other things..?

Such as social customs, rituals, style of living, way of thinking,
mixed marriages, dating, dress styles, education, home archtecture and so on...?

I'm interested in what the Moroccan influences are in Algeria. What are they?
