I've commented about the dish and my remarks was that it's a nice side dish to accompany a tangine. Could you seriously tell me that you would serve H'miss like this to your guest or even family ? With the felfla looking like that ? It should be chopped up.

As N.A woman, we take pride in presentating our food and presernation is absolutely vital. You may disagree with me, but my intention was not to be rude and I just pointed out the flood of Zeet [oil] as remarked my Sania on the plate.

Your last comment about comparing a Moroccan dish, I wasn't mocking the Algerian cuisine. All I was saying was that the picture you posted gives the dish no credit. Please refer to original comments.

    I agree with Sania's comment :

[COLOR=black]The tomatos & pepper are immersed in oil, like pickles.
[I]For me, it is too m[/Iuch of oil.]
It seems that the picture shocked many members and that was not my intention at all, I am sorry about that. To resize it and make it smaller, I need lazzhar or sakura's help.

For the oil, yes we use as much oil as you can see and I serve this dish to my guests like that, believe it or not. My husband's friends and colleagues love all my dishes and never complained about anything so far.
They always say that the Algerian food is the best food they ever tested.
Lucky me I am a good cook and I can represent my country.

PS: You didn't reply to my post when I asked for the name of the similar side dish that you eat with "tangine"

When I posted that pic, I was not waiting for anybody support or appreciation. I just wanted to give sania an idea about the h’miss, that’s all.
I am happy with my cooking and the only thing that bothers me right now is how to post my pictures at their real size.

    Thank you anyway.

Yeah I used to post a lot in this section, simply to share recipes with others. I know where you're coming from. I got a bit lazy now.

To resize a picture, (if you have Microsoft Paint) open it with MS Paint, then go to Image then Stretch/Scew then type Horizontal 50% and Vertical 50% for example and it will make it half the original size. Then Save As (make sure you save it as a Jpeg file)
