What is the staple food of the Algerian poor ?

What is the % of people living under the BPL (Below the Poverty Line) in Algeria ?
Algerian builders and their manoeuvres who r among the low salaries usually eat bread + gazouz at lunch. Bread being aphrodisiac and gazouz made of water (another aphrodisiac), they r probably happy to be poor
