    Welcome sister

    Salam sister!
I recently regestered as a member, while reading through various threads I came across yours. I feel so bad that no one in this forum has replied to you. I hope it's not too late because I will be more than happy to provide you with all I know about Algerian food and recipes Inshallah. By the way, I am algerian and live in the U.S.A. May I ask you where are you from?

    Smile Khfaf

Khfaf are algerian doghnuts or beignets. The dough is made from flour, yeast, water and salt ( exactly like the bread dough), then shaped like plates or rings and fried. This is an overall idea of what khfaf are made of.
