    Salam to every one

by the way of Eid cause it's on the doors , so Happy Eid to everyone .and to every family too.

sur everyoen will be busy during the day of Eid , then no time for thinking about what you prepar in the first day of Eid (Lunch or dinner), cause the sweets will be the favorit then each oen will be full by sugar.
    try to prepar this :

Fry the chicken in oil with onion, cinnamon, salt and ginger

Add boilling water to cover ingredients.Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes till chiken is tender.Remove bones from it.Put chicken meat aside.

Add parsley to stock.Simmer over low heat till it thickens.

Brush a baking dish with butter and place 8 sheets filo with butter.Spread chicken .Onion, parsley sauce, and the halved eggs over filo in dish.Place the other 8 sheets on top,Brush with butter.

Bake on middle shelf in a moderate heat oven(180°C) till golden brown.garnish with icing sugar and cinnamon .

    SERVE HOT

    BESAHTKOUM
by the way who can't prepare this or make it burn or something liek this so she/he must work hard to learn (kidding)

More butter? You must be living dangerously kho.
Saha Eidek in advance and do not eat this on Eid but instead make Reshta it is lighter and healtier you can always eat this chicken pie another time because it will not go well with all the cakes made of almonds, honey etc.

    Bon appetit bien sure

Watch out your cholesterol and checks blood sugar often.

p.s. Pourquoi les Algerien sont ils gourmand et non gourmet?
