I Know . I have eaten proper taboulé at a lebanese restaurants and i know what it is like , i also own various Lebanese Cook books too . but i found the one with cucumber and fetta cheese at a Marks and spencer and i really liked it . much better than with a whole bunch of parsley . Yes it is hardly a taboule but i liked the second version . ( i even add moroccan olives to it too. ) I now buy my own bulghur and make my own salad .
