    Salam all,

    Christmas time is the only time when you can only get a Halal Turkeys in my area.

    Has anyone got any nice recipes to cook this big bird ?

    It called forgivness day

    I used to ccok a Turkey as follow

    1- Put coca cola bottle (33) fill with water
    2- Make the Turkey sit on the bottle
    3- Put the bottle with turkey into owen with 230 DegreC

    time to time add some olive oil over the turkey

    I make the same as fortunato, but for hens ,coqs or chickens

    In Turkey the "Turkey" is called "Hindi" = India , is`t true that in India they called "American chicken", and in US of course they called it Turkey
