Why, ana the gift that keeps on giving, ya khti snow white

I first found the site by chance when searching for a song and there were a lot of 'dead' or expired links and I saw people asking for things that I knew I could add. I didn't think it would be a good idea to arrive and start posting non-Algerian stuff (yalla you know how sensitive they are), and when I looked at all the various sections I thought it no problem to drop in any Algerian related material I already had or that I find on my travels around the Internet.

After a time Lotfi said that people would be happy to see a mixture of music so I broadened the variety but as it is Algeria.com and it's Algerian culture that most people will be looking for here I respect that and look out for what is most relevant.

If you want some recipe links from the Middle East try here, here, here and here. If it's food from the Lubnan you're most interested in try here.

Happy hunting.
