Wallah?? how so?Why, ana the gift that keeps on giving, ya khti snow white![]()
you will never regret itI first found the site by chance when searching for a song and there were a lot of 'dead' or expired links and I saw people asking for things that I knew I could add. I didn't think it would be a good idea to arrive and start posting non-Algerian stuff (yalla you know how sensitive they are), and when I looked at all the various sections I thought it no problem to drop in any Algerian related material I already had or that I find on my travels around the Internet.and you will learn many things if you have not already
(yalla you know how sensitive they are), NON-ALGERIAN ?, yeah of course I know

After a time Lotfi said that people would be happy to see a mixture of music so I broadened the variety but as it is Algeria.com and it's Algerian culture that most people will be looking for here I respect that and look out for what is most relevant..
you can enlighten us with all the cultures you wantI am sure there is no restrictions, but it depends on khokom
(toujours nejebdek, soryy
)
thanks , I have already got lots of books, and I am doing well in cooking, but my problem was BATATA HARRA

Replace the potatoes with florets of cauliflower.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and a pinch of ajinamoto to the spices and see the difference!
It becomes a delicious Chinese Manchuri dish!

Thank you - I love those!
Plus, not as time consuming, as many delicious Algerian dishes are, to make.

And before anyone takes it the wrong way - there's loads of Algerian dishes I LOVE. I just wasn't taught to make them and sometimes following recipes takes a time, plus the results aren't the same!

It usually takes time to prepares algerian dishes, with or without following a recipe (reading it)
