OK, here you go:

Cut potatoes into one inch cubes.
Cut capsicum into four.
De-skin & cut carrots into one inch pieces.Do not halve.
Separate cauliflowers into branches.
Cut string beans into one inch long.
Add apple pieces.
Cut cabbage into large pieces.
Method.
Put one tsp of oil to cover the surface of a thick wok/vessel.Put on stove.
Put all the cut vegetables in the vessel.
Add only a tsp of cooking oil. Some salt. Mix thorughly.
Cover & Keep the flame to the lowest.
Stir once in a while to prevent charring at the bottom.
Do not add water.
Cook till vegetables are just done.10 minutes.
Remove from stove.
Use an oven if you have.
Cut a few green chillies and make a paste with choice of veg oil olive/sesame/gingilee.Cumin seeds can be added.
Put the baked vegs in a salad bowl, add the oil+chilly paste and mix.Add some coriander.
Pack your lunch box with this.
Eat with bread / pancakes.

Khti ~Amina ~I’m trying to go on a gluten free diet so no Kobz. Boreak, isn't a bad idea, hmmm I suppose I can stick them in the oven instead of frying them.
~ Sania ~ Never tried Cumin with vegetables before and what is capsicum ? Not sure about steamed Cauliflowe and cabbage with fresh green chilies though.

You can use gluten-free flour and make your own bread or filo! I never fry bourak, always bake them instead. They still taste good and are a lot healthier.

Have you tried gluten free bread ? Not nice.
Oh I tried Milwi with gluten free flour and the taste is rather perciluar. It breaks very easily to. But I'm trying to cut down on bread completely.
Been living on Ryvita's for a while now.

Is that an alternative to going to the gym?

No I never tried gluten-free stuff, but I can guess they don't taste nice. They are ok when you don't have the choice I suppose.
