Those wedding cakes looked like the type that are plastered with marzipan.
You should have some of that famous NY cheesecake - yum!

WOMAN! Dont get me started on cheesecake I like watching them make these things, I saw Martha Stewart make a wedding cake once, and she made little berries and flowers and stuff. And you're right, it was covered in marzipan

Speaking of cakes, I had a gorgeous pear flan the other day.
