This easy 3zeri single man cooking!
Spaghetti
boil it in water for about fifteen minutes"choose a good brand"yes most Italian are
easy to cook!
have your tomato paste ready.small one.better use quarter can !
you need fresh tomatoes ,onions,salt ,pepers,and a bit of red pepers,cilantro /all shopped up and mix and cook it separatly,Add my favorite non cholesterol oil,a bit of olive oil.
leave cooking until you see all became like a sauce!
my lil secret for you as you will love it !
and it was my invention
get a tuna can with water preferred" not oily.".
mix everything while cooking the sauce you will add Tuna when sauce is about to be ready.!
dump spaghetti water ,bring the sauce mix in a plate !
and have yourself a real meal in few minutes "enjoy"

Even simpler and very tasty and quick, pasta, one tin of tuna, green pesto sauce to taste (you can get in jars in supermarkets) one small red onion chopped up very, very finely,salt and pepper. You only have to cook the pasta, you just stir the other ingredients in and warm

Yallah Samir ,I bet you will be just as jannah except your pasta will be better with tomatoes and oil as hers is just boiled with pesto hadee wellaat pashta not pasta!

No sauce in your pashta at least tell us how is your shauce then or it should BE plain boiled ,are you sure because if the mouth is not watery enough!the spaghetti or pasta could stick tight on someone's lips or mouth and that may be deadly , are you paid for that
