I just want to say thank you for the recipe. I will try it this week-end. I have always wanted to add flour to the semolina but I was told I would be cheating if I did, by some orthodox cooks!!!
I will let you know how it turns out...

W/salam, it would be cheating
but sometimes you don't have the choice when you can't get the right semolina. My mum can tell, by looking at a handful, whether it's the right quality or not, I can't 
If you have a tajeen as well, then they will turn out great. G.luck
