Salam everyone-
I'm married to an Algerian man, and I'm looking for recipes in English. If anyone could give me some halal dishes I would be greatful!

I'm an American Muslim who lives and dies by a certain Moroccan cookbook that has cuisine very similar to if not the same as Algerian.
I will give you the name/information about the book, but I wondered if you could ask your husband about any particular names of dishes he favors, because I may know some that aren't found in the book. Just let me know.

This book is genuine, easy to follow (for we Americans who have to learn by the book, not by the eye/hand), and once you get comfortable with the recipes you can deviate and try your own renditions - I never get complaints, Inch'allah!
