    Learning how to cook

I am trying to learn how to cook Algerian food.

    Thanks

When u go home buy cuisine books by Sayida Rezki wella Madame Bouhamed... kayen tani wahed ktab mlih "La cuisine algerienne"...
Or u can ask your mum for recipes and tips. This is what I am doing, everytime I call her I get a new recipe which I try when I have time
Now I eat very healthy... sometimes

Makench hadja sahla kima ettyab taa DZ. I’ve never cooked with a recipe, I always follow my mom directions and use her ideas (she is a Cordon Bleu)
And about ingredients, she taught me how to measure by “Aynek Hiya Mizanek”

    Thanks I will try Amazon.com
It`s good to hear that you are eating healthy!
I have even been having starbucks for morning coffée for the last couple of months, now this is called lazy

Algerian food is complicated and that`s what keeps me away from starting to learn making it.

When you go backhome you feel so fresh and healthy, May be I could make it feel like in Algeria, we will see.

Ok this approach ahs proven very dangerous for my case
I ruined a couple of meals a couple of times so my best bet is to use books and memorise recipees!
