I had Couscous for lunch, I dont usually have two meals a day (as in dont usually have breakfast or lunch) but am gonna cook something 2nite.
Any ideas, when I was a chef I would cook UK dishes and European dishes and not realy Algeria dishes. Maybe I should try cooking some Algerian dishes, again any ideas???

sorry, I left and came back but it was so slow I didnt bother.
I have onions, carrots, garlic, cheese, pototoes, butter, herbs, cougettes etc... most basic things but not much more.
Even a little lamb in there as well.
Mmmmm pasta with white sauce and soft lamb with mushrooms and garlic. Sounds just the treat for me.

trust me, mushrooms, melted with very very finely cut onions and garli with a tiny seasoning but loads of garlic and then nicely sliced chicken with a dash of corriander and thick tomatoe slices.
It does the job. Everything is in the Garlic, and no oil or butter just olive oil and if you dont mind about the calories but want a damn good taste then melt a little cheese into your sauce.
