Salams All!
I want to share what I ate for sou7ur and iftar for each day in Ramadan, inshaAllah... Maybe you can get some ideas when you don't know what to cook...
Sou7ur - Day 1
Fool
Ingredients:
1 Can of fava beans
Diced onions
Diced tomatos
Diced parsley
Olive oil
Lemon Juice
Recipe:
Open the fava bean can and get rid of the water inside. Mix the beans with the onions, tomatos, parsley, olive oil, and lemon juice (the amount depends on how you like it). Tada! you're done!
*Fool is a good choice for sou7ur because it's all protein, and that fills us up quite well. You'll still be hungry, but you won't be as hungry as your neighbor who decided to itsa7ar with cookies*
Iftar
Warak 3enab, Malfouf , Kibbeh bi seiniyeh , kabab mishwi , salata (you all better know how to make salata!!
Enjoy!

I can only eat Harira orla Chourba folled by a mug of coffee.
Nothing else can go down.
Must try after Ramadan.
