    Organic halaal food

I know there was a person who had asked about this on here - but sorry i can't find your post anywhere!

There is a shop on leabridge road - e10 leyton- that stocks organic halaal chicken at the moment - nothing else is organic but the rest of the meat is unstunned. prepare to pay about £10 for the organic halaal chicken. expensive but worth it. please buy from the brother he was complaining that no one buys the organic stuff and perhaps it has to be withdrawn.

the name of the shop is - dial halal or something like that. if you need more details i'll get them.

Thank you Ruks it was me!
I've searched the web and have found nothing! I try to buy only organic myself but like to accomodate others. That's not a bad price for an organic chicken really.

I really do think there's a gap in the market here.

I don't know how many in the UK saw that programme a couple of years back about the horrid battery chickens (pumped with water and in some cases pork protein!) that pass for halal meat. I do realise that, for halal, it's about how the animal was killed but surely people's health and also animal welfare should count as well, no?

If you do have more info on this shop, I'd be very grateful.
