I would like to invite some frind to dinner, and surprise them with plates from their country.
So please feel free to give me recepies
Oh! They are from Syria
P.S. Something not too complicated and with rice if possible (I know I'm asking too much)

Syrian food, I guess you can make maqlouba (a rice dish) or a selection of mezzes: shorbat 3adass (lentil soup), falafel, kebbah, fattoush, waraq 3enab (stuffed vine leaves), hommous, fatayer...etc, which are all fairly easy to make
and don't forget the sweets, I recommend kenafa
