    Maklouba

    Have you guys heard of this Syrian dish. I am being told that it's as good as it gets, are we exagerating here? what is it? Thanks aux cordons bleus!

    YUM YUM YUM YUM!!! No, it aint no joke, brudda - Makloubeh is the BEST! Our men get weak in the knees when they get a whiff of it... bas I believe we posted the recipe on here before..... (It's right here: Makloubeh)

    to eyad - yeah, i know the falasteeniye make it too, i think the only difference btwn the falasteeni one and the souri one is that the palis add carrots.
