    no habib, everything was delicious, down to the very last basaleh! besides, the best part of it all was that you fed a hungry traveling woman. the food was genuine- what more is there to ask for?

    Mmmm, not really.

    The rice actually turned that color from the lentils and the cumin I added. I think what really made it taste good was the 7ab heil I put (I put a lot). The onions are supposed to be a LEEEETLE bit lighter in color. The thing is (yeah there's an explanation ) I was making cake, salata, and the rice at the same time.... oh yeah, and I kept on getting phone calls from annoying friends that kept on asking if they can crash at my place .
