Khobzat tounass
Gâteau algérois
Ingrédients:
Sirop:
400g de sucre
1 litre d'eau
Un bâton de cannelle.
Retirer du feu après ébullition.
Gâteau:
1 bol de biscotte moulue grossièrement (Pilon ou 2 ou 3 pulsations au mixer)
1 bol d'œufs (7 à peu près selon la taille du bol)
1 bol de beurre fondu
1 bol d'amandes moulues
1 petit bol de sucre.
Mélanger le tout.
Mettre dans un plat beurré.
Enfourner, le gâteau doit être bien doré.
Arroser généreusement de sirop.

I thought that was called Bessboussa in Algeria?
In the Qur'an, Allah says:
