Dear teevo,
Welcome...Salaam...Greetings!!
First of all, when do you need to have this meal prepared? How much time are we talking about? Then....What kind of dishes are you desirous of? Meat? Veggie? Sweet? Appetizer? Soup? How comfortable are you in the kitchen? I mean, are you a decent cook, or are you new to the cooking experience? This is important in deciding what you are to fix. Be honest. Everyone has to start sometime...Would be on your own or working with a group?
Can you be more specific?
Best regards,
Addison

Dear Jugurten,
Hey sport! How are you?
I did not mean to come across as a know it all...What I was trying to do was to get a more specific idea of what teevo was looking for. I do not think that anyone would be able to offer any recipes without we had a bit more to go on.
Actually, I only know a few Algerian dishes..My forte is more in the line of Turkish dishes, or say, those of Lebanon, Syria, and the Mediterranean. Daddy-o brought me all sorts of cookbooks...I adore cooking. But alas, I have fewer people to cook for now. Pity that, as I think there is nothing more satisfying than preparing a good meal for someone who enjoys eating. Honestly. Good food and good conversation. These are staples of life, are they not?
You are single ??? My goodness. I do hope that you know how to cook! Poor fellow...eating out gets old...No? Besides, chicks dig the man who knows his way around the kitchen....!!
Best regards,
Addison
