    that's called 9elb el louz
    I was confused about it till I tried the recipe ou myself, they both taste just as good, except Bessboussa is a little lighter when it's cooked
    In the Qur'an, Allah says:

    yes, they normally cut it in a squarey shape ...but I'm not sure if it's called halouwa in moroco?? Nesrine can confirm this.....Hadi ghiba Ya Nesrine??

    I tried it today, I think 1 cup & 1/2 of sugar is too much....there is enough sugar in yaourt and syrup....I liked it, but I'll try it again with 1/2 cup of sugar

    I usually put 3-5 eggs in there, but some poeple might not like the egg after taste..
