    can someone please post up a good recipe for chorba.

    My husband is Algerian and I would really like to learn some algerian recipes

    Chorba Hamra

    Chorba bil matisha

    Chorba Akhtaboot

    Chorba frik

    and a special Chorba for Ramadan from Chef Zadi.

    after salam, i neeed help.


    i need to utalise my celery in a kind of soup, i tried once but it wasnt ok.

    i put potato, onion, beans, & the celery !!
    i wasnt as desired!!!
