    Wink Picnic- Algerian recipes?

    Salam

    What kind of dishes do Algerian eat during their picnics (though the "picnic activity" is no longer practiced since many years ago). We've el-bourak...hum... what else?

    Is this Algerian?
    When I read Ossbane my mind went to the couscous bel-ossbane. I never heard about this dish, it's not from ksantina

    As I never had any picnic before, I've no idea what people prepare for such occasions, bon sûrement kessra, des sandwich et repas froids.
