Hello all you fine A.com chefs (of which I am definitely not!)
I have a question: Can anyone recommend any favorite recipes or uses for za'atar? I recieved a huge bag full of it from a friend a while ago. It's very high quality, from Israel, and smells and tastes great. I just don't know how to use it creatively, apart from sprinkling it on salads and chicken and soups. I have enough to last forever, it seems, and will soon be rebagging it to share with some other friends, too.
If anyone has any ideas -- Algerian recipes or other -- I'd love to hear them!
Thanks,
N_F
