Assalamualaikum everyone,
I hope all is well.
Recently I started a new job in London and I work a few stops away from Finsbury Park. My work mates want to have one of those ''after work get togethers'' and I am hoping to find a place where we can eat some good algerian food.
So does anyone know good places in either Kings Cross , Finsbury Park or in the Islington area? . I don't mind a cafe or a resturant (that doesn't sell alcohol). I wouldn't mind settling for some crepes in a nice algerian cafe even.
The reason why I am asking is because my friends will try to make me go to a restuarant I don't like lol.
Also has anyone been to the North central london mosque formerly known as the finsbury park mosque? I watched a docu about it being reformed and it looks really good.
Lastly where can I find some algerian markets? I would love to take my mum out and buy some spices.
The weather is beautiful and I just feel like exploring London abit more.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Wasalaam
