■1 pitted peach
■1 cup low-fat plain yogurt or strawberry yogurt if you don’t have the nectar.

How to Make a Fruit Smoothie
variations can be made with small amount teaspoon of honey, sugar, bigger amounts of low fat milk, water, yoghurt and different fruits. you can top it with cream or chocolate. (e.g. banana and chocolate).
Never add too much banana as it will be too calorierich. Mix fruit well, not only acidic fruits as orange, lemon and tangarine. Always mix with some sweet fruit like apple, strawberry, banana.
