-boil one meduim occtpus in a salt .
cut it in a small rings

cook the rice in the same stoc of the occtupus,

add spice( alittle cument, black poivron) crached tomatoe ,garlic.

serve with red wine.

good for supper.
take care of your woman for the reste of the night.
