Too bad you do not find el MERGUEZ in the states that sausage works in your mouth ...after you eat one ,you will never eat a hotdog again and i mean it
They are lamb sausages made with cumin and spices koooool
And also hard to find fresh SARDINES they delicious in papprika and cumin and garlic sauce ...spicyyyyyy....
or just deep fried with some lemon or vinager..rocks...
OR casse croute frite omlette with harrissa ..you know what i am talking about
or grilled lamb liver ....hohohohohooooooo....enough

There is an Algerian butcher in New York. He sells Merguez, h'rissa, and I think Karantika. I agree. All that stuff rocks, but it doesn't taste as good as it does in Algeria. Algerian products are more organic. When I go to Algeria, I eat like a pig, but I lose weight! Explain that to me. Il n'y a rien comme l'Algerie.

Sandwich garantita avec un peu de hrissa et un verre de Selecto. I used to have that every morning before classes start when I was in middle school.
