    who like red or white chorba???? or who prefers white sauces to red sauces in algerian cooking????????? i personally like red ,, its much more tasty xx

    Red sauces have a lot more flavor. Although, white sauces taste good too, red is just like....BAM!!! LOL

    i agree, i found that algerois cook mainly white but oranise mainly red,, wonder why that is? gimmie red anyday though! lol xx

    My husband is from Algeria and I make the red chorba. I do not have a recipe for the white chorba or I would try that, too.
