salaam all....i'm gonna be doing a demonstration for my cooking class and i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what i should make in one and a half hours...needs to be something good either salty or sweet...i was thinkin bout makkrout el lousse but it would take 2 long i think...so giv me ur suggestions..thanx...Louiza
