Jaza'kallah ya Bushra.... You put a massive smile on my face this morning!!! I was having a nasty start to the day but you have made me so happy!!! I cannot thank you enough. You are great!!
I will cook these as soon as possible and let you knwo how they turn out! It will be great to see what he thinks of them. I know he will be amazed.
I have printed off lots of recipes off teh websites but its always better to get them off a cook!
Is it better to have the meat half cooked rather than fully cooked?

Your 15 right? so i suggest you start helpin your mum out in the kitchen,, helpin her prepare and watch what she does,, thats how i started and about your age too,now im 22 anything my mum can make i can do beter lol,,,algerian cooking is not very easy ,, but you get used to it,, u wil be able to do it with your eyes closed,, if you goin to algeria this year then hang around with your family in the kitchen while they cookin,, i remember i used to run the opposite direction when i see them goin to the kitchen, but then i started gettin involved and you pick up the things really easily and i have fun and a giggle with my aunts and cousins,,im still trying to master the cakes part,, this has gota be the most hardest,, it takes skill lol and if u can make cake then u can do anyfin,,, have fun
Don't walk behind me, I may not lead. Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow. Just walk beside me and be my friend.
