Hi Houda! How have you been? I hope that all is well. I haven't been posting for a while now, but I have been going through some changes. My cousin just had a beautiful baby boy, and he is the first grandchild and nephew, so I have been helping her out. However, she left to Algeria, and she took him with her, and I am left childless. I miss my bugger. Hopefully, I should see him in a couple of months
.
In any case, I wanted to ask you if you could post the recipe of H'rira. My mom is away, and with Ramadhan coming.... I don't want to waste my precious phone card minutes figuring out what ingredients go in there. Actually, my problem is the spices, but if you can post the whole thing in there, it would be gravy!
Thanks for your help and take care.

Salam ~Nardinef ~
It’s been a while stranger !
It’s good to see on the board again and Mabrouk to your cousin’s new arrival Al humduillah. I understand how you feel without your cousin’s son, I adore children and can’t wait fro my own insha Allah.
Back to business, as for the recipe of Hariara it’s posted on the section already with all the ingredients :

Did you not like it?

I wasn't sure if that was the right recipe or not, because I noticed that some ingredients that my mom usually puts on are missing. I didn't see you add ginger or cinammon, so I figured that it was another kind of soup. However, thank you soooooo much. You're the best! Take care.

Salam Habiba,
The Hairia recipe is how we make it in Meknes {City in Margrib}. With the ginger, I just use a Know, stock cube. Wow ! you use Cinammon in Harira !………… interesting
Like all recipes, they vary depending on regions.
Take care Nardinef and Ramadan mubarak !
Wa Salam
