Pancakes
8oz (225g) plain flour
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 pint milk (600mls)
vegetable oil (for frying)
Serves 4
Mix flour, salt, eggs, milk together and stand for 30 minutes before frying...for best results use a very thin coating of oil in the pan
