    My opinion is futile to you as I'm Moroccan not Algerian.{{not that there's much difference in our dishes}}

    I wish you sucess with your English, Algerian Cookbook. As, I think you'll agree, Algerian cusine is always overshadowed by Moroccan cusine.

    I have no idea what you mean by overshadowed. I have less than no idea why you would assume I agree with that and *always* ?

    What I mean is that Algerian Cuisine is too often ignored.

    Hope this is clear.

    I was teasing you. I hope I've made that clear now. :-)

    You might want to look at one of my blogs http://www.mybookofrai.typepad.com I am starting another one specifically for Algerian cuisine next week. Algerian cuisine is little known to Americans. That's not the case in France.

    I’m having a browse now, and the Markah & djejej with preserved lemons looks mouthwatering.
