Ingredients:
* 500 g ground almonds
* 250 g sugar
* ½ glass of water
* 1 cup butter
* 2 tablespoons orange flower water
* Food dye (red and green)
Method:
In a saucepan, mix the water, sugar, and orange flower water.
Cook on low heat, when the syrup starts to thicken, add the ground almonds while continuously mixing with a wooden spoon.
Remove from the heat when you notice that the mixture does not stick to the base and the sides of the pan anymore.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the butter. Mix well and divide into 3 parts. Cplour one in red, one in green and leave the 3rd one natural.
No need to cook, just use your imagination and artistic skills (balls, fruit shapes, squares..)
