    Hi sweat_pea
I just googled for rechta and found this recipe for u

    (2nd one)
    http://www.tsukubacity.or.jp/english...ipe2004-4.html
a it is noted, Rechta (Algerians hand made noodles ) is hand made and u need ome special advanced apparatus to squeeze it. Yummy yummy ..hmm, maybe u could replace it with some noodles but way from the original

PS: I guess Amina would be busy with her studies, or maybein the kitchen preparing food for her husband

Abdu, thanks, you're the best. I've decided that since I may be cooking algerian food for a while (I hope) that i'm going to write the recipes and after I make each dish I'll take a photo and create an Algerian recipe book using a photo album

Hi Cheeky Pea, I see you are asking for quite a few recipes lol.

They are not easy, believe me

I have a lot of work these days but I'll try and post you some Algerian recipes since you want to learn more about the Algerian cuisine!

I'm having a couscous night actually, so to answer your question, that's one of my favourites
